Leadership Lessons

Every employee has his/her personal goals that he/she ultimately strives to achieve. A good leader/manager needs to align those goals with the overall goal of the organization. But some leaders are just damn big failure at doing it! They keep complaining that a certain subordinate prioritizes his/her own life against the work. C'mon, not everyone has no life like them. I wish I could slap them back to management school and get some sense in them.

I just lost a much-needed leave of one week from work, but somehow I don't feel bad about it. Probably because its Saturday today (weekend ahead) and I can always take them up later.
